HOW WE WORK · DELIVERY METRICS

We measure our own delivery the same way we would ask a partner to prove theirs.

Three numbers, tracked on every engagement, not just the ones that went well, and shown to you directly rather than filed away.

What we track

The three numbers that actually indicate a well-run implementation.

01

On-time go-live rate

How often we land on the date we committed to at kickoff, measured against the original signed timeline, not a revised one.

02

Budget variance

How closely final cost tracks the original statement of work, and what specifically drove any gap when there is one.

03

Post-go-live ticket volume

How much support demand shows up in the first 90 days after cutover, a fair proxy for how ready the team actually was.

Why this instead of a case study

A logo wall proves nothing. These three numbers are harder to fake.

What we share with you directly

  • Target versus actual go-live date, tracked from the original kickoff commitmentNot a revised timeline that quietly resets the baseline after slippage.
  • Budget variance shown at each milestone, not just at the endSo a gap is visible while there is still time to course-correct, not only in the final invoice.
  • Engagements that missed target, not only the ones that went wellAsk on a call and we'll walk through one, including what we'd do differently.

What most partner sites publish instead

  • 1
A single unsourced company-wide statistic"98% client satisfaction" with no definition of what was measured or how.
  • 2
Case studies selected because they went wellSurvivorship bias built into the proof itself, so the average project is invisible.
  • 3
No visibility into projects that missed targetIf the marketing only shows wins, there is no way to tell how often that is actually true.
How this actually works

Tracked from kickoff, reviewed after every engagement, shared on request.

Every engagement
Tracked from kickoff, not assembled retroactively for marketing
Milestone by milestone
Budget variance reviewed at each stage gate, not just at closeout
Shared, not filed

FAQ

Common questions about how we measure ourselves.

Q.Will you show us numbers from engagements that missed target?

Yes, on a call. A metrics page that only shows wins isn't measuring anything, so we'd rather walk through a miss and what changed afterward.

Q.How is "on-time" defined, exactly?

Against the go-live date committed to at kickoff. If scope changes mid-project, that's tracked and disclosed separately, not folded quietly into a revised baseline.

Q.Do you publish these numbers as an aggregate statistic?

No. An aggregate number is easy to make look good and hard to verify. We'd rather show you the actual tracking for engagements comparable to yours.

Q.What counts as a support ticket in the 90-day count?

Any inbound request in the first 90 days post-cutover, including basic how-to questions. A high count is often a training or data-readiness signal, not just a software issue.

Q.Can we ask for these numbers before signing anything?

Yes. Bring it up on the first call. If a partner won't discuss their own delivery track record before you commit, that's worth noting.
