The quote is updated in CRM if the CRM is integrated with CPQ making the quote available in CRM ensuring the forecast is kept up to date.

VERSATILE TEMPLATES

CPQ allows the user to create and maintain templates. It also provides the flexibility to add additional sections to the quotes like brochures, Spec documents, data sheets, etc. The completed final quotes can be sent to the customer with the options to track events like the time when they receive and review them.
